Welcome beautiful people, follow my journey from living in the UK to moving to France to open a magical Yoga Retreat. My blogs are raw and from the heart. Since beginning the renovations at Moulin De Chamont I have met incredibly inspiring people and people who reflected a shadow within me, each is as important as the other. To move forward you have to keep getting back onto your path even when you become distracted by external illusions. I started Yoga 2011 to strengthen my body but it has become so much more than that. Yogic practices give us tools to control the movement of the mind. It requires strength and compassion to not get attached to thoughts and brings profound realisations. There are so many methods and what works for you now might not be so powerful in the future and to me that is the beauty, we continue to grow.
